If you aren't completely satisfied with your typing experience, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories included.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the keyboard in its original box and ensure it is securely packed inside a shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed upon inspection.
